Mindful Relaxation Exercise
Taking time to check in with our body and mind isn’t a luxury, I would argue that it's a vital, natural resource that lies inside each and every one of us. And it’s absolutely free.
Just taking 10 minutes out of your day to follow the exercise I am sharing here can have tangible benefits linked to:
reducing anxiety and stress levels
restoring a sense of calm and balance
opening up and becoming more familiar with our own interior world
helping us to gain greater mastery of thoughts and emotional states
